I feel like someone's watching me, so I swivel around on my stool. There's a guy looking at me. I can tell he's attractive despite the dim, red lights flooding the club. I expect him to look away once I've caught him staring, but he holds my gaze instead. I openly look him up and down while biting my lip, before turning back around with a smile. I don't plan on leaving anymore, as I've found something - or rather someone - I want to stay a little longer for. ••• Stella Knight - she's a supposedly easygoing Art major, and is always on the lookout for a new adventure. Despite her reckless exterior, she is very calculated. She can lie through her teeth about her past, and still be the most honest person you'll ever meet. She's an example of not having your past define you. After all - how can it if no one knows about it? Nicholas Gray - he's as intense as he is observant. He doesn't move a muscle without thinking it through, but when he meets Stella, he has no control over what he does. He tries every logical outcome, but can't seem to figure her out. He knows she isn't the carefree, impulsive person everyone believes she is. She's hiding something, and he's devoted to finding out what it is.
