"You're in a band?!" I say with a surprised tone in my voice, "Why did you not tell me earlier?!" I look into his eyes as he stares back into mine. "I wanted to surprise you! I can't wait till you meet the rest of the band, you're going to love them" Ashley says happily while eating a forkful of his spaghetti. I let my eyes wander over the image in front of me, wondering if he is serious or out of his mind. There's only one way to find out "When do I meet them?" "They should be here any moment" He says pulling his sleeve up to check the time. On queue the doorbell rings "That must be them!" He gets up and walks over to the door, opening it. As he opened it, I sat at the table thinking to myself. All I remember was hearing a gun shot, then feeling excruciating pain in my leg before I collapsed to the ground holding on to my leg.
