AU where Doppio is one person and Diavolo is his brother. There's not going to be Stands or the events of Vento Aureo so I'm sorry about that but characters from it of course will be involved.

Jotaro Kujo x Noriaki Kakyoin Jotaro Kujo, a scowling delinquent who's bad with words and hardly shows emotions, save anger at select times, saves Kakyoin Noriaki's life on a whim. Kakyoin is a gentle and sweet student, a painter with an odd love for cherries, a poet with his words, and the calm and quiet boy who joins the Stardust Crusaders on their adventure to Egypt. However, Kakyoin doesn't expect to steal Jotaro's heart, nor does he expect to find his own gaze glued to those bright blue eyes, endeared by every single trait Jotaro had to offer. My contribution to the JotaKak stories out there! I know I'm late to the party, but at least I'm here? Hope some people enjoy this - I'm gonna try to keep updates frequent, but my issue with writing is that I both tend to go back and edit my work a million times before I'm content and I need to find time to actually refer to the manga and anime to write scenes accurately (oh, the struggle of a fanfiction). This will be written from both points of view but more from Kakyoin's since I feel more comfortable writing as him (Jotaro's just such a hard character to write aaaa). This follows the plot of Stardust Crusaders pretty closely, but I may be changing some of the fights just to add some of those tender JotaKak moments in~

This is a modern day AU, told from Jotaro's point of veiw, and a few years later when they can legally drink. After coming to the conclusion that he liked his closest friend, Kakyoin, after failing miserably on his own to ask him out, Jotaro trys asking his grandfather's friends for advice to solve this problem. After receiving advice from Avdol and Polnareff is when the real problem for Jotaro starts.

One universe reset was all it took to change the paths of twisted men. Twisted men who killed for pleasure, selfish gain, benefit, or simply for revenge. Men whose morals didn't depend on societal standards, but depended on their own twisted desires. But these men all had their pasts stripped of them, and all were reborn anew, given another chance by fate to redeem themselves. A priest, a former president, a schizophrenic, a dinosaur, a serial killer, a beetle enthusiast, an aztec god, and a vampire, all fated to meet each other because one had a change of heart. Fate.. It's a silly thing, really. But, everything happens for a reason. (This fanfic contains minor swearing, blood, and character deaths.)
