Jean's life is exactly how he wants it to be. He and his loving boyfriend, Marco live together in an apartment in Denver. Jean thinks everything is going his way, and decides to make plans for their future together. Plans that could change his all-so-perfect life forever. MAY BE TRIGGERING FOR SOME PEOPLE

What would happen if Jean died instead of Marco? How would Marco cope with the death of his best friend, and the person he loves? This was going to be a short Jeanmarco fanfic, but it's going to be longer then I thought at first:)

Titans attacked and Jean found "Marco" dead. What Jean didn't know was that Marco was actually alive... He was saved by Annie, but had a serious accident. Marco seeked medical attention but had a long recovery ahead of him. Jean missed his friend, and wished he would of been able to say a few things to his friend before he left, and to tell Marco how he had loved him. Marco constantly missed his friend and wished he would have told Jean he loved him too, but the company of a little boy is enough for his sore heart. And once Marco's all better, him and Jean have a sweet and loving reunion... A story about a promise made, and a promise kept...
