Frank is a twenty-three year-old man who is engaged to Annie Blake. The story takes place in a fictional city, Darwin City which exists in the same area as Richmond, Indiana. In my opinion, it makes for an interesting read, however as the story goes on the story takes on a revenge heavy tone.
