Augustus's doctors found him a miracle, he is rid of his cancer. Hazel has finally caught a break. But their future isn't free of pain. Hazel is 18 and Augustus 19. Hazel has taken a break from college to deal with her cancer and to spend time with Gus and her family. Hazel and Gus have come a long way and still have a ways to go. Will Hazel survive the pain she is about to endure? Her life is about to change drastically.
