He goes to the afterlife and is categorized into a group for teens to stay in the afterlife until they're adults and can try again in the mortal life. There Gerard meets an angel named Frank, who looks around his age. Gerard and his group of friends must figure out why Gerard was killed by a demon in his first life on earth. All while trying to solve the mystery and try to keep Gerard alive in his next life, Gerard develops feelings for this kind new angel. It might get smutty later idk I've never written smut so it might be shit so I might decide not to put it idk.

The human population (what's left of it) is split into two, the Downers and the TTC. The Downers live in the dark, sweaty Underground, thus receiving the nickname Downers. The TTC is the Twenty Two Cities. That's all that's left above ground. The Above Ground is covered in skyscrapers. Taller than anyone before The Accident could have imagined. There's three levels. The Lower, Middle, and Top (Creative, right). Anyone who isn't a Downer is immediately considered rich. And the higher they live in the TTC, the richer they are. No one from the TTC goes to the Underground, and no one from the Underground goes to the TTC. Except for the TTC coming down to take the Downers' possessions of course. What happens when a group of Downers decide that they don't want to stay in the Underground?
