The avengers have all settled down and there is nothing wrong until a deadly virus appears. Trying to take their mind off it all they all go to the cruise. What could go wrong.

So when Natasha asks her to come help with the Avenger's Initiative, which involves other people, it isn't for her fanciful bulging muscles or amazing strength. Whatever it is Rosie takes a leap, jumping from self-employment to a team and getting herself involved with a government agency.
