His depression only worsens with these new obstacles and it seems as if he's doomed to a life of tyranny and unhappiness. Then comes Bill Cipher to the rescue. Bill doesn't know what he wants to do with the rest of eternity anymore, but that is until he finds out who his prophesied soulmate is. The two, in their own time of need, create an irreplaceable bond that must survive and solve life's toughest of problems. Together they create music and love.
