In a world of hearts, only one is golden. In a chest of fates, only one is chosen. In a twist of endings and plots, you'll never know what you'll find. This book is a change of the ending of Heartless, yet I will start at the beginning as an author should do, and give you a renewed plot, too. Some details shall have to stay the same, but that doesn't mean that there won't be twists. The characters belong to Marissa Meyer, not me. Please send me feedback, I'll try to post as often as possible.

DON'T READ UNLESS YOU HAVE READ MARISSA MEYERS HEARTLESS. THESE ARE NOT MY CHARACTERS Ever since I read the book, I have been wondering what would have happened if Cath had not gone back to hearts to save Mary Anne. So I wrote my own. Here it is!!! Once this book is done, I will be transferring it to @a-story-in-stone Go follow my active account where I post more stories!

Catherine lost her heart years ago to the sisters of the well and hasn't thought of the Looking Glass since. Her life as queen was full of hatred and resentment for the kingdom that took everything from her and the life she decided she never deserved. She and Raven have ruled the kingdom making it the opposite of what it was before, turning it into the most unhappy place on this planet, but Time has something else in store. Not only that, but the former Red Kingdom has turned to blackness and the war with the White Kingdom rages on more brutal than ever. What if Catherine was able to regain her heart and end the war? And what if she could save her beloved Jest? My continuation of Marissa Meyer's standalone novel Heartless, I decided to change the ending for all of us. We can't all be heartless.
