The summer of 1923 was a time of unrest for the underground gangs of New York City. Tensions were rising to an unstable peak between the Wang Mafia family, and the Bondevik Mafia family. When the two eldest children of the mafia bosses meet, and in an instant a dangerous relationship is formed, resulting in disastrous consequences.
