For three years, the first and original Sibuna have been solving mysteries and finding ancient Egyptian artfiacts. From the Cup of Ankh, to the Mask of Anubis, to the Staff of Osiris, to the Touchstone of Ra. Now, their mystery days are over, and they've found love and had kids. Wanting their kids to have a normal high school experience, and not the experience they had, the adults decide not to tell their kids anything about their past. Off to Anubis House without the information they need, the children of Sibuna are headed for a year of mystery, drama, betrayal, and more!

The anubis house kids are back but they're all grown up and have kids of thier own attending anubis school, but will the mystery continue with this new generation? Is Nina and Fabian's kid the new chosen one?

Nina Martin's back, and ready to graduate. She didn't want to continue with the whole house discoveries, but when a new spirit comes along she doesn't really have an option. Coming back for Senior year was harder than she thought. She was reappearing, and maybe they wouldn't like that. Many doubts running through her head. She finds its actually much worse in a way, considering her and Fabian never really broke up.. Yet he moved on with Mara. Nina couldn't blame him, and she wouldn't. Nina understood how Joy felt more than she could've ever imagined. Victor was finally on to his missing ingredient for the elixir of life, tears of gold. And there's where the battle begins.. After several things going on in Nina's life, she has a tragic car accident that leads her to her death. After all former residents of Anubis house graduate from college, Eddie Miller, now known as Eddie Sweet, convinces his father to let him and his friends from Anubis house use the summer house on the school's property that had been renovated for the past six years. Eric Sweet was not too sure about this but granted permission to his son anyway. What secrets will lay in the house for the former students. The Sibunas discover the room of the Osirion and accept the mission of finding all the ancient Ruby's, as they discover that their success is linked to his love with Patricia and they discover the dreadful circumstances that will happen if they do not succeed.
