[Labyrinth fanfiction] COMPLETE. Sarah is 19 and has managed to lead a relatively normal life -- if you don't count goblins and secret admiration. Unfortunately, her human compassion is going to once again get her in trouble. The problem is, though she will succeed in her mission, she may not be able to save herself too. This story was inspired by art made by Monarobot on Tumblr. ~~~ After Sarah had defeated Jareth, unbeknownst that she will leave him cursed, the handsome and irresistible Goblin King was left with hideous features upon his being. Horns. Wilder teeth. Scaly skin and very bony structures. Jareth was forever stuck in his true, hidden form. In order to reverse the curse, he must find his lost queen, the one who bested him. Sarah is the only one who can cure him, but she must accept the fact that she will become Goblin Queen. Will she accept her fate? Or will Jareth be stuck a scary, hideous creature for all eternity? ~~~ I was given permission by Monarobot on Tumblr to draw and make a story with their Gobliny Jareth that they had first drawn, given the theory that the masks the other Fae wore in the ballroom scene had represented who those people truly are behind their beauty. 7 years after her adventure to the Labyrinth Sarah is living a normal life. Memories of the Labyrinth are distant and hardly seem real anymore. When a stupid wish is made her memories flood back as she is whisked back to the Goblin Kingdom.

The entire experience was embedded in her mind. She often replayed the whole thing in her head or dreamed about her friends she had met including Jareth. Five dreadfully slow years passed and Sarah had given up any hope of seeing her friends again. One day after her rough school day including painful broken relationships she did not think she would see her teenage fantasy come back to her, more dangerous than she ever imagined. Sarah wasn't the only one who grew up. The labyrinth is ready for her again, this time someone is determined to make her loose at any cost.
