She had nightmares about monsters made of metal, and it had always scared her. One day, while her Nanny is looking after her, she has one of these strange dreams. After Jane finished telling her Nanny about the dreams she's been having her Nanny tells Jane a story. A story about a man who lives in a blue box and is always running. After that story she started looking for the man in a blue box. This is the story of The Metal Monsters.
