"Daddy! No no no no no! I don't want some delinquent staying here with Lola and I! You're going to be gone the whole entire summer! You can't leave us here with some stranger." I yelled to my dad "Dez, he is my friends son and he needs some help. He doesn't mix in with the right people and he needs to hang around people his own age. You guys met....when you were like four but still hunny. Please try...for me." my dad looked at me pleadingly. "Fine dad, just for you." I gave in. All Desiree wanted to do was spend her summer with her bestfriend Lola. But that just couldn't happen because Vincent, her dads best friends troubled son, has come to live with her for the summer. This story will go on a journey of the two, with them fighting, making up, maybe a hook up or two? But will it be enough? Will they fall in love?

Hailey's life has been pretty normal and trouble free so far. If you categorise growing up with your all-male neighbours trouble free... After coming back from Australia to the US of A she comes back to more than just her home. She comes back to find that the McLane boys have know grown up into a family of 9 boys ranging from super hot to just plain adorable. What do you do when you're thrown back into the chaos that the McLane's call normal life? How do you deal with living among a male-dominated household? Is there a way to make a waterproof camera NOT water proof? Hailey may not have all the answers and she may be wondering these exact questions herself but join her anyway as she goes through the ups and downs of being a teenage girl hopelessly stuck in a life that's anything but normal. A/N: The first few chapters aren't really that good and the story may seem a bit slow at the start but it does get better if you keep reading! I got the main idea for my story from the book "Megan Meade's Guide to the McGowan boys" and I also put in a few of my own experiences in too! (Only SOME things in here have happened to me, not everything!) Also! I am Australian.... sooooo if I get some facts wrong about how things go in the US i'm sorry! Thanks for all the support everyone! :) Luv u all xxStephxx

"If the world can't handle the truth, give them a spectacular lie." Bitch. That's what they called me at my old school. I disagree: I'm just brutally honest, that's all. Some people don't like honesty. Exhibit A: Matthew's family. None of them want to acknowledge that their Golden Boy is gay. Exhibit B: My Mother. I only told her the truth: that she was a crappy parent who never should've gotten knocked up in the first place. But she was so offended that she shipped me off to my fabulously wealthy father and his walking-billboard-for-plastic-surgery of a wife. So I devised a brilliant plan. My new friend Matthew was sick of hiding his sexuality. I was tired of obnoxious rich boys hitting on me. So why not pretend to be dating? He wouldn't have to answer uncomfortable questions anymore, and I'd enter my new school as the girlfriend of the star quarterback. It should be easy, right? Of course, I didn't plan on falling for Matthew's brother.
