"Axel... I C-can't, I'm sorry " Dustin attempts an escape but I pull him close, his heart beat in sync with my own. He let's out a muffled sob into my chest, causing me to wince almost immediately. "Dustin... Please don't leave... I'm trying, and that may not seem like enough, but really... I'm trying." Dustin looks up at me, glossy eyed and clearly broken. I brush my thumb across his prominent cheek bone, wiping the single tear that rolls down his innocent face. His gorgeous sapphire eyes glisten with sadness, which only causes my chest to ache in pain. He trembles so vulnerably within my tight grasp, I take his delicate hand and place it against my fluttering heart. My eyes begin to water, as the one person I so desperately need is in such agony. I look down at him, his soft velvet pink lips part slowly, letting out a gentle murmur. "D-do you love me?..."
