I could tell you a story of a family, reunited once more, living on the surface world. But such a story has not come to pass, nor do I know how such a story would come to pass. So I will not tell that story. I could tell you the story of how I came to be here, stuck in the black depths of nothingness. But, I have the distinct sense that this story has already been told, by hands not my own. So I will not tell that story. I could tell you a forgotten story. A story of a name long gone, a time erased eternities ago. ... Yes, this one, I think, is the story I will tell. For the name that was once my own, the name that has been lost to the Void, that is a name to remember. Dr. WD Gaster is a Name to Remember.

Two white pills sit in front of Sans. They're white, whiter than his chapped bones, and they're round and smooth. Where did they come from? Certainly, he never saw the Doc making them, and they haven't been out on his desk... So, by all logic, they must have come from outside. Sans smirks - these pills have already seen more of the world than he has.

In case you don't know, Handplates is made by zarla (http://zarla.deviantart.com) and more specifically, this (http://zarla.deviantart.com/art/That-was-90-gravity-625891809) comic. If you haven't read the comics then most of this won't make sense to you. Plus there are plenty of spoilers. Anyway, back to what this story is about (spoiler alert) when 1-S (Sans) is getting his eye repaired after WD Gaster (the evil scientist) broke his eye which means he can't see out of it or glow his eyes at all (Glowing eyes will be explained in the first chapter) in the comic, Gaster is trying to fix 1-S's right eye (the one that was broken). However, as he starts to repair it, there was a surge at the core (where the underground gets it's electricity from) and 1-S's right half of his skull is blown up. (by the way, the 3 people down here (Wd gaster) (1-S) (2-P) are skeletons). My story is about what would have happened if it didn't explode and Gaster proceeded to fix the eye.
