As a matter of fact, you might have heard of my crazy psycho friends from that one website, Creepypasta, I think it was called. You know, the people who go by the name of Eyeless Jack, Slenderman, Laughing Jack, Hoodie, Masky, etc. Recently, we've gotten a new addition. You might have heard of him too. His name is Jeff the Killer.

Hailey has what she calls a sufficient enough life. She has an understanding mother, an amazing younger brother and a loving older brother. To top it off, she is one of the most popular girls in school, well loved by her fellow peers and a definite possible candidate for head cheerleader. Until he comes. Hailey suddenly finds herself thrust into a desperate position where she has to work for a psycho killer who is threatening to kill her family and everyone she cares about if she doesn't play his 'game.' But, what he calls a game is a dangerous gamble between her loved ones life and her purity of mind.

Charlie has only one mission in life: exterminate the monsters known as creepypastas and he will do whatever it takes to rid the world of their filth. I let her scream but I look around, knowing the police would come soon. If she wants to avoid being caught, she needs to get over her little crisis already. "Get up," I say quickly, going over and grabbing onto her arm to pull her up. "Come on, the police will be coming soon. You're not going to jail." She struggles against me, screaming, "No! You're going to kill me if I go with you." "This all can be erased," I insisted. The wailing of sirens tells me I need to convince her quickly. Jamie pauses, thinking hard. "Fine," she says. "Let's go then." I say no more as I run. She picks up my pace and follows me as I lead her away from her first murders and into her new life. I think it's one she'll fit well into.

**SECOND BOOK IN THE Dear My Sanity SERIES** "That explains a lot." "I bet it does." The mask prevents me from seeing her face but I can just tell she is smiling at me; at my misery. It makes me want to tear her apart limb from limb. But, I restrain myself. It would do me no good to waste energy with her. I got the information I wanted and now I have to go. My mom needs me. "Is that all?" I growl, smacking her hand away. "Yes, it is." "Good," And then I punch her in the face. ~*~*~

**THIRD BOOK IN THE DEAR MY SANITY SERIES** I look down at the grave stone. It was a simple one, polished marble with a name, date of birth and death date. Off to the side is a short song. I sink to the ground in front of her grave. "Hey," I begin awkwardly. I've never visited or spoken to a dead person. "It's me. Jeff. I don't really know why I decided to visit. It just felt like something I needed to do. "Uhm, I just . . . Wanted to say thank you. For your amazing daughter. You know, I only met you once but you never said anything bad about me or told Jamie she should leave me. You always convinced her to give me another chance. I never realized how much I actually owe to you. But, it's too late now. The only thing I can do now is keep my promise. I'll take good care of Jamie. I love her. She means everything to me. "Thank you." With that, I get up and leave. ~*~*~

An ominous night, and he awakens within an empty house. He strides through the rooms, watching, waiting, but there is no one to accompany him, no light to pay him comfort, and no plan to bid his escape. The walls are dusty and bare, and he is unable to recognize them. Photographs remain empty. Scratches cover the faces of who used to exist. An entity has brought him, and it has disappeared as quickly as he begins to hear the ringing. Fragments of the sound illuminate the dark halls. He visions a masked man, one with pride and boredom, but his imagination runs too wild. The masked man approaches, and his apparition comes to life. He raises a knife above his head. The man stands behind the creaky door and lights a match, framing the darkness of the hallway as he asks, "Why must the noise be so quiet?" The wind replies with a song. The window is sick of the sound. The masked man conceals an inner smile and whispers to himself. He lowers the knife. A clock on the wall reverses his memory, and the hour reverts to midnight.
