All Peter and Tony had to do was cross the mountains. That's it. Just climb a few hills and get to the annual Stark Convention. They didn't count on the snow, or the wind, or the fact that neither of them have cell service. And they definitely didn't count on the fact that they would be hunted-stalked-as they sit, freezing and shaking, on the side of the road.
