Decades ago a friendly young wizard loses a close friend and swears vengeance on the perpetrators. He cannot find the actual killers but learns they were adventurers. Years later his home is invaded by a group of adventurers. He lures and entraps them and decides to extract vengeance on them instead. He is discovered and imprisoned for his perverted revenge. A strange woman sets out to free the prisoners and punish the wizard further and employs the talents of a young rogue to aid them. They must first break into the prison and then escape again once they have. All is not as it seems, will the young rogue fall foul to their real plans or will some miracle intervene?
