If there's one thing Lucinda Petrone has always been able to rely on, it's that her famous mother and lawyer father aren't particularly reliable. Luckily, her best friends Ned and Magnolia are always there for her. But when Luce's mother remarries the day before Luce's eighteenth birthday, the wedding sets in motion a chain of events that will challenge everything Lucinda thinks she knows about family, friendship and love. This is a story about unwanted change, shifting plans, taking risks, accidental boyfriends, unexpected butterflies, and grandmothers with attitude (not necessarily in that order). This is Lucinda's story. ⭐️ Featured on @TeenFiction, @YA, @YA Romance, @Newly Written Books, and @New Adult Reads ⭐️

The Bond Once Severed, Book 1: Natalia never doubted their bond-until Lukas, the strongest Mind Master of his generation, turned against her, using his power to destroy everything she loved. Once hailed as the hope of his people, Lukas now stands as their greatest betrayer. Raja, the exiled son of a chief, was meant to inherit leadership, but his father cast him aside, leaving his destiny uncertain. Fate pulls the three together and tears them apart. They may be the ones to restore balance to the continent-or they could destroy everything, including each other. *A/N: This is essentially a first draft, so I appreciate all comments as they help the story grow.* ***1st Place in The Rose Awards 2020 - Fantasy*** ***3rd Place in SUAW First Impressions Award 2020 - No categories***

He's been skipping classes, hasn't been to work in days and isn't responding to his friend's urgent text messages. For someone who loves his mundane routine, like Xander, this behavior is significantly out of character. But when you're inducted into a death game against your will, attending your business class suddenly becomes low priority, especially when your professor and former classmates have turned into nothing but creepy shadows walking around. Kissing his much loved routine goodbye, Xander follows a guy who had just frozen an old man in time, then chopped him in two. Will he get chopped too? Or will he manage to survive long enough to exit this new reality where throwing fireballs, summoning swords out of thin air and making ordinary objects explode are commonplace? --Looking for Beta Readers, any opinions / critiques are welcome!--

As Detective Drew Lucy typed up the report on the Waterton case the pretty ankle slipped into his line of sight. It was shaped like trouble. The chief's sixteen-year-old daughter Millie was worried about her brother, Ike, who had started to disappear some nights. The chief could fire Drew for messing with family business, but Drew reluctantly agrees to tail Ike. The trail leads to a speakeasy and the mushrooming business of organized crime during Prohibition in Chicago. Clues from the Ebony Gardens murder point to the same gang, but the gangsters can smell Drew coming, and bullets are cheap. By the time Drew enters the seductive orbit of a mink-eyed vixen addicted to risk, he's in over his head. If he isn't shot full of daylight by gangster tommy guns, he'll drown in Bianca's perfumed embrace. It's enough to make a gumshoe readjust his fedora. ----- This noir flavored detective yarn is set 100 years back in time. It's a bit grittier than my usual breezy output. This story is basically clean and I did not flag it as mature. However, darker human failings (alcohol use, sexual desire, and violence) drive the plot. I don't dwell on those aspects, but it's definitely a story for grownups. The intended audience is new adult or adult. Winner! 2022 Amby Awards, Mystery and Thriller category. Winner! 3rd place in the Ballsy Tea Awards 2022, Action and Adventure category.

Since she was born, she has had the strange ability to sense buried things. Cursed to, she would say. From lost keys buried by overexcited dogs to dinosaur bones from the Jurassic period, Maya can find anything, anytime. An abrupt invitation to a potential site near Aztec ruins then pulls Maya to Isla Cozumel, just off of the coast of the mainland. But there's something off about the eerie vegetation and crumbled temples. Something sinister, festering and impatient. The ancient warning texts are enough to unnerve her. Worse, the jade snake that haunts her dreams has begun to leak into the real world. For the first time, Maya has found something that she shouldn't have.
