In this twist on the Ghost Bird Series, we see Sang Sorenson left on her own at 17 and coming up on her senior year. Her dad finally tells her about a family she never knew existed and that they left her everything in Charleston, South Carolina. This Sang is different from the one we know. She endured her step-mothers punishments her whole life, but instead of becoming scarred of the outside world - she became determined to live. She doesn't want to end up a shut-in like her or afraid of everyone like her half sister Marie. So when her father tells her to leave, she does exactly that. The Blackbourne and Toma teams have been one large team for a year now, ever since Kayli left the Toma team in pieces. They have a new assignment at the worst high-school in Charleston, Ashley Waters. Half the teaching population quit last year and some very shady things have been going down at the school. The team has decided to infiltrate the school as staff and students but what they weren't prepared for in a new blond firecracker who may just be the key to figuring out this assignment but also to their hearts. Disclaimer: I do not own the rights to these characters. They belong to Cl stone and her Ghost Bird and Sacrab Beetle series. This is my first Fan-Fiction, I've also only read some of each series but a ton of fan-fiction. Please be kind. This is an RH HEA with all 14. I'm not sure at the moment how many books will be in the series but for right now it will be at least this one. *Mature Rating because this Sang isn't afraid of life, so be prepared for trigger warnings, sexual content, abuse, a whole lot of cussing, but most of all Love. *Multiple POV - A LOT OF BOY POV. IT'S MY PERSONAL FAVORITE

Owen and the rest of the ghost bird boys are what we call, in the society of the Solexion, soul connections. Sang is their soul center, who was taken from their world at birth by vindictive humans. Not knowing the truth of her identity, nor the reason for the strange marking over her heart, or the power she holds on the Earth, she remains in terrifying homes and hides. She hides her smile, her laugh, her heart, her voice, and most of all she hides her strange gifts. On her 18th birthday, strange things begin to happen, and the only world she's ever known is rocked off its axis when nine strangers appear and take her breath away, as well as her heart. I do not own any of these characters, the GB and SB boys and girls belong to C. L. Stone entirely. Everything else comes straight from my own brain.

"You... a wolf? How...?" "Can't everyone shift?" "Shift? Turn into a wolf? No, not in real life!" "So we aren't in real life?" The boy stared at me with an indecipherable expression. "You don't get out much, do you?" ~~~ Sorenson Research Institute has always been Sang's home. She's always lived in her tiny little room, always had her strange skills, always been alone. Then, one day, she wakes up to the door being opened. And a boy is shoved through. What's with the roommate? Why is he angry? What's with all this talk of being rescued? Rescued from what? And why can't he turn into a wolf too? ~(Marked mature for language- pg romance)~

My finger pressed to my lip, I gave Owen a shaky smile, taking his hand. I could do this; it was only three strangers- people that were extremely important to Owen- that I was about to meet. That couldn't be too bad, right? Owen opened the front door, and hand in hand, we walked in. Jaws dropped as we entered the living room, confusion, amusement, even awe present in the onlookers' features. It was silent for a moment, before a colorful boy spoke up, his hand frozen on three black rings in his ear, his crystal blue eyes wide. "Uh... Mr. B? Who the fuck is that?" Owen glanced over at me as I flinched, the corners of his lips twitching up, his eyes soft. "This is Sang. My soulmate." +-+-+ Sang Sorenson was elated when their hands brushed, a casual movement, and sparks erupted, a searing warmth burning a unique, silver tattoo into the palm of her hand. She didn't know the stranger, but the moment their gazes connected, looking up from their brand new tattoos, she knew she had found her forever. She was finally saved. Owen Blackbourne never expected to find his soulmate, but as his hand casually brushed the tiny blonde's in the hall, a searing warmth burning a unique pink tattoo into the palm of his hand, he knew. He had found the one. Caught up in the excitement of realizing their soulmate has finally arrived, both of them seemed to forget their vows, their promise never to let their soulmate see them. Their resolve melting away, they both decide they'll give it a try. That doesn't mean they won't keep a secret or two... As these secrets come to light, will their fragile bond be broken? Will trust be shattered, relationships devastated? And what about the other eight soulmates?

"Here be dragons" A phrase meaning dangerous or unexplored territories, frequently used in the 1700s and earlier by cartographers on faraway, uncharted corners of the map. It was meant to warn people away from dangerous areas where sea monsters were believed to exist. It's now used metaphorically to warn people away from unexplored areas or untried actions. Beware, this isn't a story about good people doing heroic things...no, this is a story about the bad guys. ***This is a fan-fiction based off CL Stone's Ghostbird series. The characters belong to her and I take no credit or financial gain from this story. I took creative license over the story line, but it's for entertainment purposes only!*** ***This is a dark horror story with some violent and gory imagery. If these types of things disturb you, I advise you not to read. It's not all about the blood, of course; humor and perhaps a little love is mixed in.***

Students and faculty bowed down to them. They were the princes of the school; no-one thought to go against them, no-one would dare. Their lives were perfect within perfect white walls. That is, until they met her. ~ Sang Sorenson was an average student of average looks with a seemingly average background. Everything, though, was turned on its head when she hesitantly accepted a scholarship for the prestigious Ashley Waters Academy. Nothing could have prepared her for the harsh world of the rich, nor for the nine boys who make it their mission to try to conquer the tough girl who wanted nothing from them. Influenced a bit by Boys Over Flowers (the K-drama) **Warning** OOC. It's FANfiction, people lol
