So, I was doing a critique tonight. And it was the person’s first book. And I was writing a bunch of the same things that I’ve written on a million other critiques since I started on Wattpad. And, it occurred to me that I keep giving people the same advice—advice that nobody gave me—and advice that beginner writer’s NEED. So I decided to put some of it down in a book, although I’m guessing most people won’t read it. Haha But the title pretty much says it all...

This is my first time writing on Wattpad. I honestly don't know how this thing works O.o.... i just really wanted to share my dua for all my beloved muslims or non-muslims sisters!! Please grant me the one Who will be the garment for my soul Who will satisfy half of my deen And in doing so make me whole Make him righteous and on your path In all he'll do and say And sprinkle water on me at Fajr Reminding me to pray May he earn from halal sources And spend within his means May he seek Allah's guidance always To fulfil all his dreams May he always refer to Qur'an And the Sunnah as his moral guide May he thank and appreciate Allah For the woman at his side May he be conscious of his anger And often fast and pray Be charitable and sensitive In every possible way May he honor and protect me And guide me in this life And please Allah! Make me worthy to be his loving wife And finally, O Allah! Make him abundant in love & laughter In taqwa & sincerity In striving for the hereafter! May Allah grant all the Muslim sisters with such husbands Ameen :D

I didn't want to fight any more tonight. I took one sip, then two, then three. On the third, I brought the fluffy, grey blanket over my head when I burst out crying. I sniffed, trying to contain myself. Christian pulled the blanket back, but I covered my face with the open palms of my hand. He chuckled lowly. "Don't hide." "I'm sorry," I wailed, tears rushed out like a waterfall. "I'm trying to stop." "Don't. Let it out." "Ugh," I scoffed. "Don't look at me." I turned my head to avoid his gaze. "Why?" "I must look like a rodent, right now." He cackled bubbly. "You look beautiful." He placed a finger underneath my chin and turned my face to face him. "Look at that-" he pushed away strands of hair that stuck to my cheek with my tears as adhesive.
