The people of Asgard are looking for a new home. They get a warm welcome on Earth, except for Loki. He is treated like a criminal of war, a terrorist. All they see in him is darkness. Sigyn met Loki when he was not quite grown, he a prince, she a young queen, peers across cultures. Her bold approach to everything from the All-Father to life itself attracted his attention. Her devotion to her people is a reflection of her devotion to all things that matter to her heart- eventually, to him, too. But he will break it, and she will watch him die.

"I never understood why my brother choose love over family." he said grabbing my arm, he head snaps towards him. "You mean like you did with Jane?" I said pouring my anger in to my words, "You choose love over family AND CONDEMN HIM FOR DOING THE SAME THING!!! YOUR A HYPOCRITE THOR!!!" I scream at him and storm off. "Can you not me a woman for five seconds," I stop walk back to Thor and hold up my hand and count up from zero to five as I talk. "Fine, I think you should keep you nose out of your brother's business, and your hypocritical jerk. Oh look times up." I then smack him across the face. Loki has finally crossed the line and is banished. Not just from Asgard, but from all the Nine Realms. He's found himself in a dimension without magic, without superheroes, and where what people know of him, Asgard, and The Avengers is what they read in comic books and see in movies. He's in our world. Totally lost and furiously angry, one woman might be enough to make him see our world isn't so bad. I thought I was the only one in Asgard that was alone. The only one who was different or in my case a frost giant, a monster. But soon I found out I wasn't the only one here that was just like me. And after all these years I'm finally not alone. (©Poison_Ivy99)
