Los Angeles was once beautiful. It had towering buildings and clear blue skies. It had bustling streets and crystal beaches. Now Los Angeles is the site of a governmental conspiracy focused on the distribution of the life-sustaining bio-chemical that replaced the crashing waves and cascading waterfalls.
