See I grew up thinking I was normal, I was told fairy tales like normal children, I went to school, and I've had my heart broken. So I was fairly surprised to figure out that those stories I was told as a child were nothing short of real, that I was apart of a world where normal people couldn't even dream of. And it was all because I ran away from the altar at my own wedding.

Nico is now struggling to pay rent on the tiny apartment her mother left her, and she is days away from being evicted. So when she mistakenly meets Zayn Malik, a member of the popular British/Irish boy band she adores called One Direction, it seems to be fate. Soon he figures out her current living conditions and proposes a deal: she may live and tour with him and the four other boys, in exchange for her services as a personal assistant to the band. It's a proposition she cannot refuse.

Detention is supposed to be a punishment, but for Louis and Harry, it's the start of something beautiful. Unfortunately, what starts off as a harmless love affair quickly takes a turn for the worse. Through all the stereotypes, judgments, family issues, and demons from the past, Louis and Harry struggle to stay strong. What happens in detention, stays in detention. [NOTE: I began writing this book in 2011 when I was 13 years old. There are many grammatical errors, cringe-worthy moments, and plot inconsistencies. Obviously, my writing has improved immensely since 2011, so please feel free to check out any of my more recent works instead. This book is not representative of my present-day writing abilities.
