Leigha is the founder and lead singer of her band Neon Black. The band is rather unknown as of now, very few fans. One day, however, the rhythm guitarist of Neon Black meets the bassist for Black Veil Brides, Ashley Purdy. Once Leigha finds out, she's ecstatic, considering she's always been a fan of Black Veil Brides. Though as this opportunity opens up to gain more publicity, Leigha finds herself nervous as she finally meets the band, including Andy Biersack, who she's always teased about by her band.

Matthew Sionnach is a young boy living with his mother, father, and cat, Minou. He lives a regular life, attending a private school in Oregon. One day, however, he meets a peculiar girl who claims she attends the school. Despite only ever seeing her at lunch or before school, he forms a relationship with her. Things begin to take an odd turn when he begins seeing her at home and in his dreams.
