Since the dragons arrived nothing's the same. Humans isn't on the top of the food chain anymore. The hunter is hunted and dragons rule the world. The only good thing that came with the dragons was the magic, the ability do do things you never thought was possible. The more time that went by the stronger our magic became. Jindy was the first one ever to be born without magic in her blood since the dragon arrived making her different. Her life turn into a living hell and one day she finally had enough and ran away so far that when she calmed down and changed her mind she couldn't find the way home. In the middle of a gigantic forest she find a dragon wounded on the brick of death. The dragon feels the presence of the young girl and make one last attempt to survive.
