Daryl, a cocky, good looking redneck is determined to get under her skin, but still be able to protect her. Beth is torn between choosing the right thing to do, or fall in love,which will lead to a certain death. All she knows is that she must fight the dead, and fear the living.

Daryl was heart broken. The last few weeks with Beth had meant everything to him, he was almost positive the feelings he had for her were mutual. However like everyone else he had gotten close to, they were gone. Like a candle light being blown out before the darkness had disappeared. Daryl wouldn't defy her when she was here, why start now?. So he follows her orders of letting her be and starting a new quest of finding Rick and the others. Only then will they make their way back to each other. Things happen at the prison and after the prison between Beth and Daryl. However, you must expect more than you prepare for. This is set after the prison, and there's a few years pause in the middle, dw I explain it. And then they meet up with everyone else. Rick and everyone goes to Alexandria but Daryl doesn't as he never found them because Beth was never taken at the funeral home. Hope you all enjoy :))

Season 3 Era. When Beth sings Hold On for everyone at the prison, Daryl notices how great of a voice she has. He has heard her sing before but now he's noticing her talent. Not wanting to be just another dead girl Beth asks Daryl to teach her how to survive in this new world. Working together he brings her to life and gives her the confidence she needs. She gives him love and a calm that he didn't know he needed. Together they balance each other with the light and the dark. (My take on Beth if she had shown more sass early on. Personally I think her character could have been a great story to tell)
