A journey of self healing in forms of poetic texts. From the depressing thoughts one can have to self destructive thought to a way to heal one's from these. From one depressed individual to another I hope these can capture you, so you know that you're not alone with these thoughts and that it can get better. ( at first it will be depressing but I promise it will get better and more positive throughout the journey)
