This takes place not to long after the True Ending of Megadimension Neptunia VII, the current Nepgear is away with the other CPUs on a training journey while Neptune decided to stay as Uzume decided to stay along with Neptune they see Nepgear in the Planeptune park, but is it really Nepgear?

Cirno is a small fairy from Gensokyo. She's not all that strong or talented with anything. She thinks very highly of herself, despite being disappointed that she can't meet her own expectations. She doesn't have many friends, only a few. The seasons pass by normally for her, but this year, something is changing.. Cirno and the Touhou Project are property of ZUN and Team Shanghai Alice.
