This story is about an Anishinaabe (Ojibwe) boy who has joined beacon. He is the last of his clan and so he joins beacon in hopes of finding a new "Family".

Long ago the Ojibwe people lived a life of peace. Living a beautiful culture on a breathtaking earth. To this day we still survive through our teachings, language and stories. This is the story of my cultural awakening.
