Ilang kabataan ang nakulong sa loob ng St. Padre Pio Hospital, isang makabago at adbanseng pasilidad na may itinatagong lihim. Kaliwa't kanan ay may mga panganib na kailangan kaharapin. Mga "carriers" at mga taong handang ipahamak ang iba para sa pansariling kapakanan. Sino ang mabubuhay? Sino ang mamamatay? Sino ang makakaalam ng lihim sa likod ng pandemya?
