Dean Winchester, on the other hand, is an authoritative, straight-looking, law teacher who wants to keep things strictly professional. Many readers ask what level of education this is set in (i.e. middle school, high school) but I'm English so I've used our education system. This is set in a secondary school that also has a sixth form. Secondary school has students from age 12 (their age when they start in year 7) to age 16 (year 11). Sixth form has students from age 16-18, sometimes 19 if students stay back a year (this is years 12 and 13). Cas has a year 7 class, and Dean has a year 13 class. Hope that clears it up for some of you!
