Since he named his sons after the four artists of the Renaissance, he decided to name her after the last ruler of Egypt: Cleopatra. As the turtles turn 15 and Cleopatra turns 14, Splinter finally lets them go up to the surface. What happens when they run into the Kraang and meets The Shredder?
