(This little story of mine was originally made by me on AO3 and I decided to add it here too to reach a wider audience. What if, instead of a sexy rock star, the Goblin king was something darker, more monster-like than you remember? What if the labyrinth was just a touch darker and twice as dangerous? What if the affections of a Mad Fae king were something long in the waiting for Sarah? (AU where Jareth is more monster-like in appearance and Sarah is a theatre College student.)

I only recommend this story for people who have seen, understood, and enjoyed the 1986 movie Labyrinth, starring David Bowie(and his awesomeness) as Jareth-the villain-and Jennifer Connelly as Sarah-the main character. For those of you who haven't, watch it before reading this story my amazing brain came up with. Sarah and her friends return in this amazing new adventure, Labyrinth 2: Jareth's Comeback. The all-powerful(and totally frightening) Jareth has returned in need of a bride; a young maiden to assist Jareth's rule in the new era of the goblin kingdom!
