Gilda Perkins would be the first to say that her life was okay. Retirement was a sweet place to be indeed. Every afternoon, she had a cup of tea and settled down to read. They were peaceful and restful, and Gilda believed she needed nothing more for the rest of her life. One afternoon, her peace is broken by a sharp knock on the door. The person behind the knock would bring Gilda to question herself to extents she would never have imagined. Her life changed with that day. It was the day SHE knocked on her door.
