After HYDRA was dissolved within SHIELD, Grace is 22 and now under the care of the Avengers- but has yet to prove that she is capable of becoming an Avenger. Tony Stark gives her an ultimatium- test her powers while helping the Avengers find Brock Rumlow in Nigeria, and she has a shot at being an Avenger.
