Meredith finds herself in an awkward situation whenever the unthinkable happens.

Meredith lives in boston for two years now, right after the one night stand with her then 'soon to be boss' after 4months she dissappeared only holding contact with her best friend Cristina Yang.

Meredith Grey is a neurosurgery attending at Seattle Grace Mercy West hospital and when Dr Richard Webber retires he calls in Dr Derek Shepherd from New York and she realises she has a crush on her new chief of surgery and Derek realises he has a crush on one of his employees.

Meredith and Derek are married and she is pregnant. People from their past come and visit.
