My cousin Abby hung herself in 2015, so I feel like I owe this to her to write this book

When I write to my fears, It's oddly satisfying, because I know that they hear me - they answer back with life. PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT meant to trigger anyone. I am merely expressing the emotions that I feel within. (I do not own any of the pictures in my story.)

A book of poetry aimed at people who have or are struggling with the addiction of self injury. These are poems highlighting the growing problems of self harm. It isn't judging, though, and doesn't insist that the person suffering MUST stop or MUST recover, but it gives that option and emphasizes the good things about quitting.

This is just a book about problems self harms have to go through I just made this book for people who self harm to relate to. Or to people who are wondering what we go throw they can read the whole struggle about it. For those who self harm this is for you to relate and so you can know that you are not doing this on your own that we all have to go throw this. Yes I self harm if you are wondering
