A young girl, Anastasia lives under the surface of the sea with her family. All of her family were born with tails as that is the norm in their kind, however, Anastasia was born with legs, a very rare occurrence which is deemed unnatural and repulsive hence why she was shunned by her family. Anastasia is taken in by Lila, a witch doctor who delivered her and took her away from a possible life of pain and sadness. Anastasia lives everyday hiding in fear the winged guards will come and take her away just like the others with legs in order to experiment on her and the rare phenomenon. As she grows and gets older she gets tired of living in hiding and so she is willing do anything to change her legs into a beautiful tail and travels miles to find the famous witch doctor Allela when she encounters a rich elite. Will he follow the law and turn her in or will he accompany her on her journey?
