Even though they are stuck in two separate planets. Two separate worlds. They were both somehow survivors of the NGP (next generation project), a program that was supposed to help the future become a better world. That is, until the founders of the program got to be very greedy and ended up reaping the benefits from all of the perfect participants while discarding the broken or the ill survivors off to another planet. It wasn't until the sudden ending of the universe that brought both planets at risk to fight for survival on the last planet known alive and safe for all species, Saturn.
