Every Tuesday during football practice, sixteen year old Sem Bolton finds himself stealing glances at the gorgeous college boy jogging down the path next to the fields. He was his dirty little secret. His guilty pleasure. His unobtainable fantasy: safe and distant on the other side of the chainlink fence. Then, through a series of unpleasant events including being forced on a camping trip, it turns out his unobtainable fantasy is not so unobtainable after all. Not only is gorgeous college boy gay as well, he also wants to date Sem. Now, Sem was never one to play it safe. But outing himself was in a whole different league than testing his mother's patience or taking hits in the boxing ring. Was he really ready to date a guy, all consequences included? "Who are you?" I asked, wincing when I heard my voice tremble in fear. A sad smile appeared on his pale lips. "I thought maybe you would remember me." He let go of my wrist entirely and allowed his shoulders to fall. Hearing the scrambling of chairs behind me, I craned my neck and saw the others rise from the table. The group of ten or so individuals made an imposing sight, and all I could think of was to get away as fast as I could. They didn't look scary, but something was off. I could feel it. I was certain. As I dashed, I saw one a few other students ignoring those guys completely, and that's when it hit me. No one else could see them. My skin began to prickle, and fear crept up my spine and neck. I ran.

The trolls are invading the south, and there is nothing else Prince Geoffrey can do but to ask the Warlord of Hull for help. But the warlord wants something in return, something Geoffrey might not be ready to give.

Logan Morris hates singing. In fact, he's not a huge fan of music itself. So how did he find himself singing the bass line in the school jazz choir, Fortuity? Because he's determined to experience first hand what happens at band camp. Unfortunately for Logan though, what happens at band camp doesn't stay at band camp.

"I didn't know you had friends like Isaac," Willa said in greeting. "I don't," muttered Jared. Isaac rolled his eyes. "Yeah, you don't. You have //one// friend like Isaac." His voice turned into this stupid mock whisper and he leaned towards Jared conspiratorially. "It's me, by the way."
