This is a short story of a young woman named Lilly, who battles her demon day after day. Year after year. Whether it is actual demons or depression, or any other form of abuse, etc., they could almost be one and the same. (A short story I wrote mostly in my head after seeing a Writing Prompt on Pinterest. As I took a short drive the other day, the prompt kept circulating in my mind. Then, bam...story idea! I had to pull over and write it out on some napkins and an envelope I found in the car. It took me another day to put it all together. I still have not worked out the title.
