❝Too many war wounds and not enough wars.❞ it's the 75th annual hunger games, and thalia forkshire knows that means there will be a twist - she just didn't expect it to be this big. because not becoming attached is easier said than done, and the gamemakers have a knack for knowing your weaknesses before you know them yourself. ©stilestastic 2014 // lowercase intended

From the treaty of the Treason: In penance for their uprising, each district shall offer up a male and female between the ages of 12 and 18 at a public "Reaping". These tributes shall be delivered to the custody of The Capitol. And then transferred to a public arena where they will fight to the death, until a lone victor remains. Henceforth and forevermore this pageant shall be known as The Hunger Games. You would think that with three entries in a bowl filled with a thousand of other names the odds would be in your favour, right? Wrong. The odds are never in your favour. *THIS IS A PREQUEL TO 'IN THIS TOGETHER'! IF YOU HAVEN'T READ 'IN THIS TOGETHER', YOU SHOULD GO DO THAT NOW* Celia Deen wasn't afraid. She had defeated the Capitol. She had hidden from the President in New World. What was there to be afraid of? But in the back of her mind, there was still that sliver of regret. When she looked out her door and saw District One's teenagers training for the Hunger Games, she wished she could have done more. She hadn't done anything monumental. Every year, people still kill. Every year, people still die. It didn't seem like anything was going to change. Why? Why were the Deens the only family who was frightened in a District full of those who are honoured? Why was Celia really chosen for the 200th Hunger Games? Why did her ancestors join the Mockingjay Rebellion? It's time for the full story behind the Mockingjay Rebellion. And it all starts with a spark... Cover creds: @blackbixd

Featured in the official Wattpad @Fanfic The Hunger Games reading list! "No matter what happens, Celia, we're in this together." It's the 200th Hunger Games, and the Quarter Quell is all about directly punishing the families the Capitol despises the most. When an under aged and under trained District One girl finds herself in the arena because of a mistake her ancestors made... Who's to say she'll make it out alive? Cover creds: @blackbixd

If you were to search through the shelves holding each recording of The Hunger Games, you would find the 39th missing. You might be puzzled and search for it- but I guarantee you won't find it, all the recordings have been burned, it's been long wiped from the memories of all- all except those who were reaped that fateful year....
