Pet peeve; badly written fanfics. Terrible spellings/grammar and super cringe out of character moments just make me hyper aware it's been written by a 14 year old.

A mouse, Bull had thought, a mouse has stumbled onto the battle field. Her horns clearly showed her Qunari ancestry but her Elvin body wasn't made for fighting. She was made for something gentle; reading books and sipping tea with nobles. She may have been Tal-Vashoth but she clearly took after elves more than whatever distant relative had been part of the quin. She should have lived with the Dalish and been carefully painting on Vallaslin. The body's, the guts, and the shit of dead men didn't suit her. She was a hushed olive branch. Bull soon realized his mistake. Inquisitor Desdemona Adallian was not a mouse.
