These games belong to the genre of games dubbed VR (Virtual Reality). In the year 2060, a college emerges in the north eastern region of Iceland. This is the Global Educational Online Virtual Reality University (GEOVRU for short). It is easily the most expensive college in the world, costing $73, 456 for rooming and services, not counting to plane ticket over. Nine years later, a high school senior, dubbed Caedes by the online world, has recently claimed victory in a VRMMORPG championship called Forman Online. Sadly, the boy spent so much time in the game, that his school grades dropped to a C average, and he wasn't accepted into any college. But when he receives a message directly from the headmaster of GEOVRU, his entire life is changed

What if all the characters of Railgun Online showed up in the same game? Mikoto Misaka continues her adventure with Kirito and Asuna in the floating castle of Aincrad. One day, Mikoto finds herself in a strange area, and confronted by a mysterious player named Philia. The two of them instantly engage in a heated battle, only to be stopped by Seyat... The presence of this girl.. and the mysterious creature calling himself a Viros sets Mikoto off on a new adventure, as she strives to deal with the predjudices and terror of the Online Death Game.. This story is from Dimension 234 Y of the Omegaverse, and is not part of the canon dimensions that make up Railgun Infinity. And currently, this world's Railgun has never been enslaved by Joy Buzzer.

After Eugeo's death, and the defeat of Quinella.. Mikoto has become broken in both body and spirit. Sinon in the meantime, is attempting to find a way to contact Haruyuki Arita in the future, who may hold the key to stopping the real world Viros Invasion.. Alice and Kirito in the meantime, fights to protect their broken childhood friend as Yuniko struggles to develop her power and become stronger out of a desire to truly protect her student. In the meantime, Asuna and Accelerator have both logged into the Underworld. Haruyuki in the future along with his friends, fervent to keep his promise to Mikoto, tries to figure out what happened to her and maybe find his friend from the past. The Underworld's story is slowly coming to a close.. and a new story is yet to begin.

Mikoto, Sinon and Kirito have been living in the Underworld for 2 years now. Both Kirito and Mikoto, along with Eugeo, have become Elite Sword Masters each with their own Valet. Kirito has obtained his sword from the Gigas Cedar, the Night Sky Sword, while Mikoto has obtained the River Spirit Sword and dual wields it along with her Master Sword. Sinon in the meantime, has joined the Archery Corps. When Mikoto's Valet, Stella, discovers a dark secret that nearly costs her life, Mikoto and Sinon decide to head out to investigate.. In the process they discover an entire armada of Viros swarming out of a strange portal near the goblin territories. Meanwhile, in the real world, Accelerator and Asuna find themselves in a massive battle against the forces of God's Right Seat and secret forces from the Japanese Government, all of whom seem to be interested in Kazuto, Mikoto, and Shino.. And even stranger still, a dark figure seeks to find the Brain Burst Program, and develop something with it.. The world of Railgun Online is becoming larger still, and there's no telling where it might lead

One bright sunny day, Mikoto Misaka and her cousin Shino Asada decided to meet their friends Kazuto and Asuna at a diner in Academy City. While there, they are attacked by a mysterious magician named Vento of The Front, who gives them a cryptic warning about something called Alicization.. moments after avoiding the attack.. Kirito is assaulted by a former member of Laughing Coffin who took part in the Death Gun incident. In a heated moment, Mikoto jumps in front of Kirito.. taking a needle full of drugs to the chest.. in a frantic attempt to save her, both Kazuto and Shino end up drugged as well.. and Asuna is left frantically calling paramedics as her 3 friends begin to slowly slip away.. A whole new world is then opened up.. a new virtual world.. known as the Underworld..

"I don't do stupid little Fairy Games." That's what Accelerator would say every time Last Order begged him to play Alfheim Online with her. But the truth of the matter was, Accelerator wasn't that kind of gamer. Heck, he didn't even play video games. Then a friend of his Shino Asada, asked him. "What if the game was about steam punk themes and automatic weapons? And what if you get a big fat pay check for playing?" Accelerator then grinned and said. "Well.. sounds a bit too good to be true, what's the catch?" The catch? Well.. it had one name: Death Gun.
