This organic being was a clone of Sonic using his DNA to create the perfect life form of overwhelming strength and will. However, due to him being a clone, he didn't desire to be kept in a cage and a slave, and Sonic's DNA within him craved freedom. After a crushing defeat, Mecha finally snapped and decided to leave the Eggman Empire to find his own path. This eventually led him to a confrontation with Sonic, the original, which allowed him to come to a realization and understand what he truly wanted. He was Sonic and now he wanted one thing to become the most powerful being in the universe.

His body seemed to not be affected by this new dead winter landscape. Although it seemed like it wasn't the land he had to worry about. More so specific "people" he will meet or remeet on the planet he now calls home.
