Old Royed one shot I did on Valentine's Day that I completely forgot about till now...

Roy Mustang has been a dog of the military for several years, killing innocent people along the way. Aware of his misfortune, he falls into a deep depression and cannot be pulled out by anyone. One day, a young boy catches Roy's attention. This boy was half of Roy's age, but he didn't care..... As he was falling in love with the boy. Will he let this boy heal him?

"Why? Why do you fall for me? And why is it constantly you then deny it?"

Edward who is usually so cold and tough feels down recently after a series of events. He feels like the world is on his shoulders which he's used to but he deep down knows he's still a kid. He's severely depressed which he keeps from Al and everyone else, but Riza Hawkeye, Roy Mustang's subordinate can see it but doesn't say anything. But she fears he may break with the way he's bottling up his emotions. Edward doesn't know how to deal with his severe depression but finds comfort in self harm, drinking, and promiscuous behavior when his younger brother isn't around. Roy Mustang isn't aware of any of this since Edward keeps to himself as he always had brushing it off till he starts acting strange.

Who said red was the color of love? Roy Mustang and Edward Elric have a "Perfect" relationship in everyone's eyes. But they don't see the other side to their "Perfect" relationship behind closed doors. They don't see Roy's anger and violent outbursts at times, never laying a hand on the small alchemist till one day. Can their relationship be fixed or will the color red pave their future?

He would look up and see dullness in the sky. An endless, blank canvas. When Ed was alive, he could make so many colorful, radiant, and just plain beautiful paintings in the sky. Using the clouds, the sun or the stars, and his heart. He'd pour his heart out telling Ed about how amazing the sky looked. Ed smiled at how creative Roy was. They loved each other. Now, Roy can only see dullness. Then one fateful day he met someone, and his world, became a bit more colorful.

Edward Elric is trapped in London after saving his brother for the second time! Roy Mustang is devastated and will do anything to get Edward back!
