Being on the run, never allowed room for making long lasting friendships. Never staying in one place long enough to memorize their street address, Seth and Fallon's life could literally be compartmentalized into the few small backpacks they carried with them everywhere. So when their ever elusive and absent father sends word that he has a home so far out of a reach from their pursuers, they didn't really ask why that was so. What should have never happened, Fallon is forced to keep moving on without her brother for a while. He promises he'll be back for her. Being in a new place is already hard enough, but doing it alone seems almost impossible when you live in a place like the one she just happened to have landed in. The residence feels odd, but that's nothing compared to the locals. Just when she thought High School was already bad enough, try taking on a pack of wolves, demons, and angels nipping at you heals. She's going to have to learn a few more tricks if she is ever going to survive until graduation.
